Lifestyle and Music Go TogetherNikita Clothing and Icelandic based music label Kimi Records have teamed up a great association. In producing a number of videos to showcase Nikita's SS09, FW0910 and SS10 season collections, Kimi Records will be providing and showcasing the music from the artists on their books.
So not only will you be able to check out the hottest new clothes coming straight out of Reykjavik, but you can also hear the best new music that Iceland has to offer. Each month Nikita will be releasing a new video, as produced by Ben Fee, alongside introducing a group or artist that Kimi Records represent.
To kick off the collaboration, Nikita has a number of videos featuring the team girls in the latest Spring Summer collection for 2009 accompanied by music from Borko, Hjaltalín, Retro Stefson and Morðingjanir.
Nikita Marketing Manager, Ásgeir Höskuldsson says, "To us good music embodies the essence of what good streetwear is also about. We love being able to work with a company like Kimi and the wide variety of artists it has on its label. We look forward to sharing their music with you through our many videos and hopefully on some dance floors as well."
